| Job Duties: | Implements procedures and systems to investigate and prevent loss of company and project equipment, inventory and supplies using physical security systems such as closed-circuit televisions and alarms. Essential Job Responsibilities: (a) Investigate known or suspected internal or external theft, maintain documentation or reports on security-related incidents or investigations and provide reports to management. (b) Implement or monitor processes to reduce property or financial losses. (c) Conduct periodic audits to identify loss or shortages, problem areas or procedural deficiencies. (d) Verify proper functioning of physical security systems, such as closed-circuit televisions and alarms. (e) Inspect buildings, equipment or access points to determine security risks. (f) assist in developing policies, procedures, and systems for safeguarding company and project assets |
