Job Duties: Perform work involving the skills of two or more maintenance or craft occupations to keep machines,mechanical equipment, or the structure of an establsihment in repair.Duties may involve pipe, fitting,boiler making,Insulating,welding machining,carpentry,reapiring,electrical or mechanical equipment,installing,aligning and balancing new equipment and repairing buildings, floor or stairs, Inspect, operate or test machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions. Dismantle machines equipment or devices to access and remove defectives parts, using hoists, cranes, hand tools or power tools. Perform routine maintenance such as inspecting drives, motors or belts checking fluid levels,replacing filters or doing other preventing maintenance actions.Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them ,checking blueprints,repairs manuals or parts catalogs as necessary.Repair machines equipment,or structure using tools such as hammer,hoists,saws drills, wrenches or equipment such as precision measuring instruments electrical or electronic testing devices .Do other related duties of Maintenance and Repair worke

Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a workers voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. • Board, Lodging, or Other Facilities: Employer will assist Employee to find board & lodging facilities at no cost to the Employee. • Employment Provided Tools and Equipment: Workers will be provided, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the duties assigned.
