Job Title: Office Supervisor
Job Duties: Duties to supervise the work of office, stores or customer service employees to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines and proper procedures, correcting errors or problems .Resolve customer complaints and answer customers/employees/applicant questions regarding policies and procedures. Provide employees with guidance in handling difficult or complex problems and in resolving escalated complaints or dispute .Implement corporate and departmental policies, procedures and service standards in conjunction with management. Accept and entertain new applicants. Conduct orientation and instruct employees in job duties and company policies or arrange for training to be provided. Evaluate employees job performances and conformance to regulations and recommends appropriate personnel action. Company custodian .Prepare all internal and out going communication as per Management advise. Prepare company lease agreement for new/renewal tenants of company apartment/commercial space rentals. Entertain tenants complain ,issues, problem and other needed. Monitor billings/invoices and payments. Prepare and balance payroll to Accounting Department. Review records and reports pertaining to activities such as production, payroll and shipping to verify details, monitor work activities and evaluate performance using computer system such as peach tree,Microsoft excel,Microsoft access,word,data base,and power point. Monitor shipping status using website and constant electronic communication(emails).Prepare legal documents for clearing cargos and custom clearances .Provide prices using excel or data base system. Distribute prices to stores for proper tagging of items and inputing in the system .Coordinate with Store Supervisor/Warehouse in charge in regards with inventory,(shortage, damages items)for proper processing of claims to suppliers. Submit orders to suppliers as per approval of the higher management. Monitor prepare, process and submit business license, insurance and all other Government /non govt permits for the proper and legal operations of the company. Perform any other related duties as advise by the Company Management.

Qualification Requirements: Knowledge in computer system and electronics such ad peechtree ,rock solid,microsoft excel,word,access,power point,data base and computer system,knowledge of business management invlove in strategic planning ,human resources,leadership,technique, production method good in customer and personal service ,ability in oral comprehension and expression and written comprehension with employment certification as office supervisor both applied to us US worker and CW-1 workers

Comments: • Three- Fourth Guarantee- Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, which ever is later, and ends on the expirations date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. • Transportation and Subsistence: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide reimburse, or advance payment for the worker’s transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work.Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a workers voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved . • Board, Lodging, or Other Facilities: Employer will assist Employee to find board & lodging facilities at no cost to the Employee.Each applicant were entertained and required to submit Resume and Employment Certificate to determine the length of his/her working experiences on the advertised position and or whether to meet the Company Regulatory Standard of Hiring.
