| Job Duties: | Examine, analyze, and interpret accounting records for the purpose of giving advise or preparing income controls over financial reporting, or other agreed-upon external audit report. As a member of Audit Team, he/she will examine financial and accounting record and other documents, ask a range of questions from formal written questions to informal oral questions to support the Independent Auditors. Prepare CNMI, Guam and various U.S. states individual and corporate income tax and other compliance taxes. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics or related discipline (maybe foreign equivalent). Experience: No experience required. Special Requirement: Knowledge of US Federal, Guam and CNMI taxes, knowledge of generally accepted accounting principle and generally accepted audited standards. |
