Job Title: Accounting Supervisor
Job Duties: Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs. Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. Review accounts for discrepancies and reconcile differences. Prepare adjusting journal entries. Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts. Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice. Report to management regarding the finances of establishment. Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology. Maintain or examine the records of government agencies. Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting, or other tax requirements. Prepare forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping personnel and direct their work activities. information such as the description, value, and location of property. Prepares payroll computations, bank account reconciliations, schedules of Accounts Receivable and Payable. May perform other related task as assigned and determined by the Department Head.

Qualification Requirements: Bachelor of Science major in Accountancy. 24 months of related work experienced. EXCELLENT IN MATHEMATICAL AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS. ABILITY TO MAINTAIN HIGHLY CONFIDENTIAL NATURE OF ACCOUNTING WORKS AND POSSESS PROFESSIONALISM WITH GOOD MANNERS AND RIGHT CONDUCT. ABILITY TO OPERATE SAGE AND PEACHTREE ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE, AND OTHER ACCOUNTING AS REQUIRED. ABILITY TO DISCIPLINE, TRAIN AND SUPERVISE SUBORDINATES. COMPUTER LITERATE. ABILITY TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE AND MANAGE AND MEET DEADLINES. UNDERSTAND AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT FEDERAL AND LOCAL REQUIRED TAXES. WILLING TO WORK IN FLEXIBLE SHIFTS, DAYS, EVENING, WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS

Comments: The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing on June 30, 2021 to June 29, 2024. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total of number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period and begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment of the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: required by 20 CFR655.423(j)(l); If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon the completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable cost of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Frequency of pay: Bi-weekly, subjected to mandatory payroll tax deduction required by law (20 CFR 655.423(h).
