| Job Duties: | Provide legal assistance on a wide variety of civil matters to help disaster survivors, including, for example, probate and land title issues, landlord/tenant and housing, disaster assistance including FEMA and SBA, housing assistance, access to medical care, disaster unemployment assistance, immigration and eligibility for disaster benefits, guardianship, debt collection. Provide community legal education in group and online settings on similar topics to help people navigate disaster recovery legal issues on their own. |
