Job Title: CONSTRUCTION LABORERS
Job Duties: Load, unload, or identify building materials, machinery, or tools, distributing them to the appropriate locations, according to project plans or specifications. Erect or dismantle scaffolding, shoring, braces, traffic barricades, ramps, or other temporary structures. Clean or prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards. Dig ditches or trenches, backfill excavations, or compact and level earth to grade specifications, using picks, shovels, pneumatic tampers, or rakes. Mix, pour, or spread concrete, using portable cement mixers. Engaging in all forms of hard labor that is necessary for the completion of the construction project. Installing various commercial, residential and industrial systems. Ensuring that the construction projects kowtow to the set building regulations and codes. Using, cleaning and maintaining the different tools used on the construction site. Provide assistance to craft workers, such as carpenters, plasterers, or masons. Working closely with skilled workers and stonemasons. Carefully handling hoists, cranes, and other equipment used to handle the construction materials. Handling some awkward and repetitive manual tasks. Arriving at the construction site early enough to commence work. Understand and comply with job-site safety standards.

Qualification Requirements: WITH 12 MONTHS EXPERIENCE MUST HAVE NECESSARY PHYSICAL STAMINA, ABLE TO WORK FOR EXTENDED HOURS, ABLE TO WORK WITH POWERED TOOLS, AND UNDERSTAND AND IMPLEMENT BUILDING, FIRE AND OSHA SAFETY REQUIREMENTS.

Fringe Benefits: The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing on July 15, 2021, to July 14, 2022. Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. THREE-FOURTH GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extension if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distance involved.
