Job Duties: | Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints. Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers. Examine merchandise to ensure that it is correctly priced and displayed and that it functions as advertised. Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods. Instruct staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales. Assign employees to specific duties. Keep records of purchases, sales, and requisitions. Perform work activities of subordinates, such as cleaning and organizing shelves and displays and selling merchandise. Review inventory and sales records to prepare reports for management and budget departments. Inventory stock and reorder when inventory drops to a specified level. Examine products purchased for resale or received for storage to assess the condition of each product or item. Estimate consumer demand and determine the types and amounts of goods to be sold. Confer with company officials to develop methods and procedures to increase sales, expand markets, and promote business. Handles cash register. Maintain and troubleshoot Point-of-Sale equipment, credit card machine terminal, CCTV security camera, and computer network. |

Comments: | ■ This job opportunity is temporary, full time position commencing on 10/2/2021 to 10/01/2024, Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm for one (1) Supervisor and is open full time position and is open to all US eligible workers. Qualified workers will be interviewed at the principal place of business. ■ Three-Fourths Guarantee: As required by 20 CFR 655.423(f); Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. ■ Transportation and Subsistence: As required by 20 CFR 655.423(j)(l); Workers will be provided transportation and subsistence while travelling from the worker’s origin to the place of employment as will the return transportation and subsistence at the conclusion of the job opportunity. If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. ■ Tools, Supplies, and Equipment: As required by 20 CFR 655.423(k); Workers will be provided, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned. ■ Board, Lodging, or Other Facilities: Workers will be provided with board, lodging, or other facilities the employer will offer to workers or intends to assist workers in securing. |
