Job Duties: Clean, repair and maintain structure, infrastructure systems and grounds of residences, commercial buildings and establishments using hand and power tools and basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and mason skills.

Qualification Requirements: Must have a minimum of 24 months work experience in maintaining and repairing and structures, infrastructure and grounds of single multi-family residences, apartments and commercial buildings with skill using various hand and power tools (employer provided). Must have basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, masonry and landscaping skills for landscaping, maintenance and repairs as client needs arise. Because the job will require daily movement in and about Saipan, traveling to and from client building and residence locations and to materials vendors to acquire items necessary for repairs and maintenance, the job requires that the employee obtain a CNMI Driver's License and secure the daily use of an operational, registered and insured vehicle prior to employee's first day of work and to maintain a valid CNMI driver's license, an operational, registered and insured vehicle at all times during the full term of employment. Company employees are reimbursed at the IRS mileage rate for their fuel and maintenance costs for all miles traveled in their vehicles for company business. There requirements and all of the other requirements for this job apply to all Company employees regardless of citizenship, nationality and/or place of hire.
