Job Duties: 1. Operate computers programmed with accounting software to record, store, and analyze information. 2. Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes. 3. Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations. 4. Operate 10-key calculators, typewriters, and copy machines to perform calculations and produce document. 5. Receive, record, and bank cash, checks, and vouchers. 6. Code documents according to company procedures. 7. Perform financial calculations, such as amounts due, interest charges, balances, discounts, equity, and principal. 8. Reconcile or note and report discrepancies found in records. 9. Perform other task as assigned and determined by the Department Head.
High School Diploma Required? Yes
Qualification Requirements: Proficient in accounting software such as Sage and Peachtree. Associate Degree required. 12 months of work related experienced. Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets banking and the analysis and reporting of financial date using mathematics to solve problems. Using logic reasoning to identify the strengths and weakness of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. Ability to work under pressure, manage and meet deadlines. Understand and knowledgeable about federal and local required taxes. Computer proficiency and email communication skills is required. Willing to work in flexible shifts, days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Comments: The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing on July 25, 2021 to July 24, 2022. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total of number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period and begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment of the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: required by 20 CFR655.423(j)(l); If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon the completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable cost of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Frequency of pay: Bi-weekly, subjected to mandatory payroll tax deduction required by law (20 CFR 655.423(h).
