Job Title: Bookkeeping, Accounting and Auditing Clerk
Job Duties: Operate computers programmed with accounting software to record, store and analyze information. Check figures, posting, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy and proper codes. Comply with Federal State and Company policies, procedures and regulations. Prepare monthly Business Gross Receipt Tax Return, Employers Quarterly Withholding Tax Return,and Employers Quarterly Federal Tax Return. Operate 10-key calculators, typewriters, and copy machines to perform calculations and produce documents. Receive, record and bank cash, checks and vouchers code documents according to company procedures. Perform financial calculations such as amount due, interest charges, balances, discounts, equity and principal. Reconcile note or note and report discrepancies found in records. Maintain financial records, execute sales and other financial transactions. Verify accuracy of financial data. prepare financial reports and payroll. Perform general office duties such as filing, answering telephone, and handling routine correspondence. Renewal of Business Licenses and permits and processing employees working permits. Compile documentation. Access computerized financial information to answer general questions as wellas those related to specific accounts. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: Education: Associate Degree. MAJOR(S) AND/OR FIELDS(S) OF STUDY REQUIRED: FINANCE, ACCOUNTING, BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION. 24 months work experience required. Required skills in— Intuit QuickBooks Accounting Software,Financial analysis software. Knowledge of Oracle Hospitality Reporting and Analytics software. My micros Inventory Management System. Must be able to use Microsoft office Excel, Word, Power point and Outlook. Knowledge of principles and methods of Inventory pricing and costing. Knowledge of HR2 payroll system. Job requires knowlwedge of economic and accounting principles practices, the financial markets, banling and analysis and reporting of financial data. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing formsand other office procedures.Dependable, reliable and responsible on the job, including punctuality and attendance. Honest and ethical. Being careful about details and thorough in completing work task. Stress tolerance , by being deal calmly and effectively stressful situations and must be of excellent health. previous work related skills, knowledge or experience is required. Successful applicant will be required to submit Employment Certification from previous employment, Police Clearance and Food Handler Certification before start of work. Comments: The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing on October 1, 2021 to September 30, 2024 THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or wherethe worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment.
