| Job Duties: | General Duties: Plan, direct, or coordinate the actual distribution or movement of a product or service to the customer. Analyze sales statistics gathered to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers. Set sales goals, analyze data, and develop training programs. Specific Duties: Prepare, review, and analyze sales statistics Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of products, services, commodities, or other subjects of sale. Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service. Receive and inspect all existing inventory items and coordinate with suppliers for any defects or expired items. Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability. Determine price schedules and discount rates. Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures. Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts. Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs. Direct, coordinate, and review activities in sales and service accounting and record-keeping, and in receiving and shipping operations. Assess marketing potential of new and existing store location, considering statistics and expenditures. |

| Comments: | This job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position for 1 Sales Manager. Overtime work hours may be available, but not guaranteed. In case the worker performs overtime, the wage will be paid in overtime rate indicated above. On-the-job training may be provided to the worker if necessary. Transportation and subsistence will be provided to the worker while traveling from the worker's origin to the place of employment if the worker completes 50 percent of the period of employment as will the return transportation and subsistence at the conclusion of the job opportunity as required by 20 CFR 655.423(j)(1).
