Job Title: | Operation Service Worker |
Job Duties: | Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Perform routine building maintenance. Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming them. Service, clean, and supply restrooms supplies. Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures. Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created. Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies, either manually or by using hand trucks. Mow and trim lawns and shrubbery, using mowers and hand and power trimmers, and clear debris from grounds. Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems. Do other related duties as assign from time to time. |

Qualification Requirements: | High School graduate. Must have at least 1-year of work-related experience. Must be able to multi-tasked and flexible to any work assign duties. Can do and perform work assignments under pressure with less supervision; aggressive and hard-working; with friendly and honest demeanor. Must possess good communication and listening skills; and has a sense of responsibility and urgency. Willing to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends. Must be physically fit to be able to handle strenuous activities. Must be physically fit to lift, push, pull or carry heavy loads. Must have own transportation to & from work.
