| Job Title: | Electronic & Equipment Maintenance |
| Job Duties: | Install, maintain and repair ventilation, air conditioning systems, refrigeration, appliances and equipment of the hotel, commercial spaces and company business establishments. Identify and monitor maintenance risks on equipment. Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems including industrial washers/dyers, appliances etc. Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems. Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently. Keep daily logs and records of all maintenance functions. Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act. Complying with service standards and work instructions. Do other related duties as assign from time to time. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Associates in Electrical or Aircon. Refrigeration. Must have at least 2-year of working experience in this position. Must possess expertise in HVAC, washer/dryer, equipment troubleshooting, and repair. Demonstrate flexibility and exceptional organizational skills to meet a work deadline. Willing to work flexible hours including weekends & holidays. Hardworking and can work under less supervision. All applicants must be able to secure the CNMI drivers license. |
