Job Title: Emergency Medical Technician/CPR Instructor
Job Duties: Do on the sport assessment of the patient's condition and determine course of treatment; use backboards, spine boards, stretchers, wheelchairs, and restraints to immobilize patients and secure them inside the ambulance. Help transfer patients to hospitals or clinics and/or other healthcare facilities and report their observations, assessments, and first aid treatment before relinquishing or transferring the care to the doctors or nurses-in-charge. Transport patients back to their residence or custodial facility after their treatment and relinquish or transfer the care to the family members or caregivers. Create a patient care report using the EMS Charts documenting the medical care given to the patient at the scene and en-route to the hospital and/or residence or custodial facility. CARDIO-PULMONARY RESUSCITATION (CPR) INSTRUCTOR. Leads the class and provides program about how to perform CPR in case of emergency. Teaches the proper techniques to bring back the consciousness in the person who has suffered a cardiac arrest. Coordinate and conducts classes, evaluate the performance of the students, keep a check on equipment and other things. Issued CPR cards/Certificates. Review medical procedures as documented by doctors. Evaluating performance and productivity.

Qualification Requirements: Must be HIGHSCHOOL GRADUATE or EQUIVALENT. 24 months of training and 24 months of work experienced is required. All qualification requirements stated herein will be applied to both U.S. workers and foreign workers. Must have passed the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technician (NREMT). Must be a licensed American Heart Association (AHA) Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Instructor for Basic Life Support (BLS)-CPR/AED; Must be a LICENSED EMERGENCY MEDICAL TECHNICIAN (as approved by the Healthcare Professions Licensing Board (HCPLB) of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. Must be a certified Emergency Vehicle Operating Course (EVOC) Operator. Must know how to operate a vehicle and must have a valid CNMI Driver's License; Must have a clean criminal record; "clean criminal record" requirement will be applied to both the U.S. workers and foreign workers. Computer Literate (Microsoft Word/Excel); Must be willing to work flexible hours including nights/weekends and holidays.
