| Job Duties: | Performs the following duties personally or through subordinate: hires, trains and discharge employees. Plan work schedule and supervise worker to insure efficient and productive performance of job. Train workers in service, sanitation and safety procedure. Resolve customer complaint regarding services. Estimate and order merchandise or supplies required. Formulate price policies, coordinate sales promotion activities. Take and verifies inventories handle receipt and compile, analyze various report. Analyzes operational from standpoint of operating cost, increasing sales efficiency and merchandising principle.Knowledgeable in speaking other language (Korean) prefered for effective communication. Computer literate, have background of accounting enough to interpret financial statement, sufficient knowledge of required taxes in CNMI.Must have the knowledge and capacity to oversee overall operation’s of the gift shop and restaurant business.Other related duties as maybe assigned. |
