| Comments: | Oral and written communication is vital in our company that is why we added in our requirement that we may prefer to hire someone who is fluent in japanese both in oral and writting. Our main line of business is film coordianting or merely coordination with our clients in Japan, considering that our clients are Japanese and we already knew that they have limited english that is why we prefer to have someone who is fluent in japenese who would manage our company.
