| Job Duties: | Repairs and maintains physical structure of the hotel, replaces defective electrical switches and other fixtures. Paints structures, and repairs woodwork with carpenter's tool. Repairs plumbing fixtures. Repairs plaster and lay brick, Builds sheds and other outbuildings. Performs maintenance on Hotel's electrical,electronic, refrigeration, air conditioning system, as well as the boiler and elevator. Regular attendance is required for the position. Must able to observe a problem, determine its cause, and work out a solution. Requires the ability to read and perform basic mathematical calculations. Requires ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively with concentration, alertness, and attention to details is required. And perform other related duties as assigned. |
