| Job Duties: | Assist in managing and coordinating and participating in merchandising tour and travel agency. Plans for iteneraries, and accomodation details, and calculating costs for transporation schedules, rate books, and computers. Make and confirm reservations for transportation and accomodations, using telephones, faxes, and computers. Answer inquiries regarding information such as schedules, accomodations, procedures, and policies. Assemble and issue required documentation, such as tickets, travel insurance policies, and itineraries. Determine whether space is available on travel dates, assign requested space when available. Maintain computerized inventories of available passenger space provide information on space reserved available. Confer with customers to determine their service requirements and travel preferences. Examine passenger documentation to determine destinations and to asign boarding passes. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Employees in these occupations usually need one or two years of work experience. Preferably, able to speak different languages. Must have knowledge and expert in using computer. Knowledge ofprinciples and processes for providing customer and personal services.
