| Job Duties: | Design or create graphics to meet specific commercial or promotional needs, such as packaging, displays, or logos. May use a variety of mediums to achieve artistic or decorative effects. Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and select style and size of type. Confer with clients to discuss and determine layout design. Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts, based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts. Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and Web sites. Use computer software to generate new images. Layout design, picture selection, sizing and sending of all advertisements for newspapers, magazine, maps and tourist publications. Design edits and resizing on already completed works. Completing print and online media layouts. Flyer, banner, table-tents poster and all other marketing collateral design layout, edits and finalizing for print. Developing design concepts and special brand feature. Logo and Brand development. Assist with vendor relations and printing needs. Assist with all design jobs and requests for all Triple J affiliates. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must have an Associate degree in Graphic Design. Must have 24 months work experience. Software skills, image editing, video editing, social media, photography, print design, print production, lay out & composition, optimization. Must be careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks. It requires creativity and alternative thinking to develop new ideas for and answers to work-related problems. It requires being reliable, responsible, and dependable, and fulfilling obligations. It requires a willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges. | Comments: | This job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position and must have at least 24 months work experience. Work days will be Monday to Friday, and work hours will be from 8am-5pm. With this position the employer also offers the three-fourths guarantee as required by 20 CFR 655.423(f) where in three fourths is defined as an offer to workers full-time employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of each 12- week period (or 6-week period if the employment covered by the job is less than 120 days.) Transportation and Subsistence: If the Employee completes 50 percent of the work contract, the employer will provide or reimburse the worker’s transportation and subsistence costs from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Outbound transportation and subsistence costs will be paid by Employer if the Employee completes the work period covered by the work contract or where the worker dismissed earlier.
