| Job Duties: | Ability to perform a board range of supervisory responsibilities over others.Oversees work procedures and inspects work in progress and upon completion. Implements & supervises the promotion & sales facilities to maximize revenues. Edits and assists in the preparation of promotional procedures and related sales brochures. Prepares comprehensive written reports to manager.Demonstrates continous effort to improve operations, decrease turn around times, streamline work processes and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality customer service. Comprehend and make inferences from written material, communicate in the English language fluently by phone or in a person in one-on-one group setting. Work independently, organize and assign staff to meet deadlines. Interpret and adhere to codes, regulations and policies when making decisions.Produce written documents in the English language with clearly organized thoughts using proper sentence construction, punctuation and grammar. Commits to work, adapts and remains flexible as to hours, maintains ethical behavior, manages oneself efficiently, is professional. Computes and reasons mathematically by using computers and network systems. Has in depth knowledge of trade operations.Has specific knowledge of shipments processes and procedures. Review operating schedules, goals and standards and monitor achievements. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must have depth understanding of sales communication strategies and customer focus strategies. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Good command of English language is essential. Must be computer literate. Must be a good communicator and he should have the ability to clearly express himself.Must have knowledge in priciples and practices of supervision. Knows how to drive and must have drivers license. Can work typically from MONDAY TO FRIDAY, however, evening and weekend hours are common in some jobs required when customers are involved, therefore can work under time pressure. Must have sales experience or other sales related occupations. |
