Job Duties: | Use hand or hand tools to perform routine cutting and trimming of meat, poultry, and seafood. Use knives, cleavers, meat saws, band saws, or other equipment to perform meat cutting and trimming. Weigh meats and tag containers for weight and contents. Inspect meat products for defects, bruises or blemishes and remove them along with any excess fat. Cut and trim meat to prepare for packing. Separate meats and byproducts into specified containers and seal containers. Process primal parts into cuts that are ready for retail use. Clean, trim, slice, and section carcasses for future processing. |

Comments: | 1) EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION. This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position, commencing on October 1, 2021 to September 30, 2022 2) WORK HOURS. Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment at least 40 hours per week. 3)THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE. Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. 4) INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. 5) PROVISION OF TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT.
