Job Duties: | 1. Develop, maintain and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports of the corporation’s budgeted cost versus actual cost. 2. Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns such as EWRT, BGRT, 1120CM, 1120H, 1040CM, 941SS, Form 8288, bar tax and other tax forms related to real estate, business management and restaurant operation. 3. Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. 4. Review accounts for discrepancies and reconcile differences. 5. Establish table of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts. 6. Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems such as QB, Peachtree, making use of current computer technology. 7. Prepare company payroll. 8. Prepare bank balance. 9. Update and advise the management about recent tax regulations. 10. Report to management regarding finances of the company. 11. Communicate and represent the company & before CNMI Revenue & Taxation, Internal Revenue Service, CNMI Department of Finance regarding tax related issues. 12. Analyze business operation, costs, sales, financial commitments to project future revenues and expenses and provide advice to the management. 13. Prepare business correspondence to tax agencies. 14. Read latest publications of CNMI Taxation & Revenue and Internal Revenue Service related to the company’s business engagements to stay current on tax regulations, if needed. 15. Operate computers, copiers and other office equipment required to perform the job. |

Qualification Requirements: | 36 months of work experience is required. B.S. in Accountancy degree. Proficient in Quickbooks or Peachtree, Excel, Word and Outlook. Knowledgeable on U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Proficient in the English language, verbal, written and reading. Analytical and close attention to details. Can sit for long periods of time. |

THREE FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of workhours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. |
