Job Duties: Analyze financial information and prepare financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities within an organization.Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting or other tax requirements. Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice. Report to management regarding the finances of establishment. Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts. Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs. Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology. Prepare forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping personnel, and direct their work activities. Survey operations to ascertain accounting needs and to recommend, develop, or maintain solutions to business and financial problems. Advise management about issues such as resource utilization, tax strategies, and the Provides general accounting services such as examining, analyzing, and interpreting accounting records for purposes of making recommendations or advice or preparing financial statements, feasibility studies, tax filing, returns and payments. Validates invoices received from operating departments to ensure completeness and accuracy of billings. Sends billing statements on or before cut-off date. Conducts collections follow-ups from customers, where assigned either via telephone or collection notices. Meets with customers as necessary in order to facilitate collections. Performs accounts reconciliation, as necessary. Reports collection issues regularly and as required; recommends actions to be taken where necessary. Receives collection where assigned. Accounts for and reports daily collections. Gathers necessary records needed for revenue and expense recording of assigned services/departments. Determines and establishes receivables and payables balances from/to customers/agents, where assigned. Performs filing in accordance with established filing system. Performs other related duties as required or assigned. assumptions underlying budget forecasts.

Qualification Requirements: Must have 2 years experience.
