| Job Duties: | Perform all or some of the following tasks for temporary help services clients,survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards; perform maintenance of el ectrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.); assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary; Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality; inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.); undertake activities of pest control such as spraying insecticide; conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g. landscaping) and her tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.) that maybe required by clients |

| Comments: | 1) EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION. This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position, commencing on October 1, 2021 to September 30, 2022 2) WORK HOURS. Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment at least 40 hours per week. 3)THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE. Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. 4) INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. 5) PROVISION OF TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT.
