Job Duties: | Maintain and repair mechanical machines, generator, water blasting equipment. Fix or replace faulty electrical switches, fuses, outlets and circuit breakers, inspect and diagnose problems and figure out the best way to correct them, perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly. Plan repair work using blueprints, manuals and diagram. Do general cleaning of building, pool and other properties. Order and maintain supplies as needed. Determine whether job is above skill level and requires the expertise of an electrician, a carpenter, heating, air-conditioning and refrigeration mechanic or installer, or a plumber, pipe Jitter, or steamfitter. Fix and paint roofs, windows, doors, floors, woodworks, walls and other parts of the building. Use common hand tools and power tools, such as screwdrivers, saws, drills, wrenches and hammers to fix, replace, or repair equipment and parts of the building. |

Comments: | This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position. The employer guarantees under paragraph (f)(1) to offer each employee employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period of employment specified in the work contract, beginning with the first workday after the arrival of the employee at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ending on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any.
