| Job Duties: | Perform a variety of semi-skilled works in maintenance and repair of machines, air-conditioning/heating systems, mechanical/electrical equipment, building repair /maintenance. Works may include to build partitions, plastering and dry wall repair, replace/repair/paint roof, ceilings, windows, door hardware, shade blinds,install floor tiles, repair piping and plumbing fixture including repair of faucet leaks, sink/lavatory and toilet drains. Duties may also include pipe fitting, carpentry, welding, insulating, machining and electrical. DO other related duties as may be assigned. |
