Job Duties: | Develop maintain and analyze budgets preparing periodic reports of the corporations budgeted ,cost vs actual cost,compute taxes owned and prepare tax return such as BGRT,EWRT,1120CM,and other tax forms related to company ,prepare ,examine or analyze accounting record,financial statements or other financial report to assess accuracy ,review accounts for discrepancies and reconcile differences establish tables accounts and assigned entries to proper account,delevop ,implement and motify and develop implement and motify and documents record keeping and accounting system such as peachtree orquickboo making use of current computer technology,prepare company payroll,prepare bank balance update and advise the management about recent regulations,report to the management regarding the finances of the company,analyze business operation,cost,sales financial commitments to project future revenues and expenses and advise the management .Communicate and represent the company before CNMI Revenue and taxation and Internal Revenue service regarding tax related issues,read latest tax Publication from CNMI Revenue and Taxation or IRS related to the Company's Business engagement to stay current on tax Regulation. Can operate computer programmed with Accounting software.E.g. Peachtree ,solid,Microsoft Excel,Word,Access and Power Point to Record. Store and Analyze information.Check figures,posting and documents for correct,mathematical,accuracy and proper codes,classify,Record and summarize numerical and financial, data to compile and keep financial,records.Using journal and ledgers or computers,debit/credit and total on computer spreadsheets and database,using specialized Accounting software.Operate 10-key calculators,typewriters and copy machines to perform calculations and produce documents .Received record and bank cask,check and voucher,comply the federal state and company policies procedures and regulations.Compile statistical,financial,accounting and auditing reports and tables pertaining to such matters as cash ,expenditures account,account payables,procedures,reconcile or note and report discrepancies found in records assist other staft and functional areas in thier areas or responsibility as needed. |

Terms and Conditions- During the interview process , the company emphasize the Terms & Conditions that can be avail by the applicants (both CW-1 and U.S workers) if he/she will be hired/ selected be discuss; • Offered Wages – In the consideration of the services to be performed by the Employee in these category, the salaries and wages offered is $13.90/hour. In excess of 40 hours/week overtime rate can be avail.( multiply by 1.5 from the regular rate). • . • Three- Fourth Guarantee- Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expirations date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. • Transportation and Subsistence: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide reimburse, or advance payment for the worker’s transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a workers voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. • Board, Lodging, or Other Facilities: Employer will assist Employee to find board & lodging facilities at no cost to the Employee. • Employment Provided Tools and Equipment: Workers will be provided, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the duties assigned. |
