Job Duties: ANALYZE FINANCIAL INFORMATION AND PREPARE FINANCIAL REPORTS TO DETERMINE OR MAINTAIN RECORD OF ASSETS, LIABILITIES, PROFIT AND LOSS, TAX LIABILITY, OR OTHER FINANCIAL ACTIVITIES WITHIN AN ORGANIZATION. PREPARE, EXAMINE, OR ANALYZE ACCOUNTING RECORDS, FINANCIAL STATEMENTS, OR OTHER FINANCIAL REPORTS TO ASSESS ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND CONFORMANCE TO REPORTING AND PROCEDURAL STANDARDS. COMPUTE TAXES OWED AND PREPARE TAX RETURNS, ENSURING COMPLIANCE WITH PAYMENT, REPORTING OR OTHER TAX REQUIREMENTS. ANALYZE BUSINESS OPERATIONS, TRENDS, COSTS, REVENUES, FINANCIAL COMMITMENTS, AND OBLIGATIONS, TO PROJECT FUTURE REVENUES AND EXPENSES OR TO PROVIDE ADVICE. REPORT TO MANAGEMENT REGARDING THE FINANCES OF ESTABLISHMENT. ESTABLISH TABLES OF ACCOUNTS AND ASSIGN ENTRIES TO PROPER ACCOUNTS. DEVELOP, MAINTAIN, AND ANALYZE BUDGETS, PREPARING PERIODIC REPORTS THAT COMPARE BUDGETED COSTS TO ACTUAL COSTS. DEVELOP, IMPLEMENT, MODIFY, AND DOCUMENT RECORDKEEPING AND ACCOUNTING SYSTEMS, MAKING USE OF CURRENT COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY. PREPARE FORMS AND MANUALS FOR ACCOUNTING AND BOOKKEEPING PERSONNEL, AND DIRECT THEIR WORK ACTIVITIES. SURVEY OPERATIONS TO ASCERTAIN ACCOUNTING NEEDS AND TO RECOMMEND, DEVELOP, OR MAINTAIN SOLUTIONS TO BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL PROBLEMS. ADVISE MANAGEMENT ABOUT ISSUES SUCH AS RESOURCE UTILIZATION, TAX STRATEGIES, AND THE ASSUMPTIONS UNDERLYING BUDGET FORECASTS. COMPLYING WITH ALL COMPANY, LOCAL, STATE, AND FEDERAL ACCOUNTING AND FINANCIAL REGULATIONS. EXAMINE AND EVALUATE FINANCIAL AND INFORMATION SYSTEMS, RECOMMENDING CONTROLS TO ENSURE SYSTEM RELIABILITY AND DATA INTEGRITY. INSPECT CASH ON HAND, NOTES RECEIVABLE AND PAYABLE, NEGOTIABLE SECURITIES, AND CANCELED CHECKS TO CONFIRM RECORDS ARE ACCURATE. PERFORM OTHER RELATED DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
High School Diploma Required? Yes
Qualification Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. Three (3) years work experience required. Knowledge with Quickbooks accounting system , Oracle Hospitality Reporting and Micros Hospitality and Inventory Management System. Must be able to use Microsoft excel, word, powerpoint, electronic mail outlook. Knowledge of HR2 Payroll system and ZKteco Attendance Management.Effective follow up skills, demonstrate high professional attitude and personal presentation in all verbal and written communications. Knowledge in in utilizing various office equipment and software. Willing to work flexible hours including holiday and weekends.Certificate of employment from previous employer is required. Food handler and Police clearance required. Comments: The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing on October 1, 2021 toSeptember 30, 2024 THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdaysof the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at theplace of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, andends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any.TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the workcontract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker'stransportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work.
