| Job Duties: | Assist the elderly, convalescent or persons with disability with daily activities at the person's home or in-care facility; Administer basic health care or personal care, such as ambulation or personal hygiene assistance (like bathing, changing clothes & toilet assistance); Document and maintain record of client health or progress reporting changes in client condition to person in-charge or immediate family; Monitor health or behaviour of patient; Perform healthcare-related tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and medication under the direction of registered nurses or physiotheraphist; Perform housekeeping duties such as cleaning, changing bed linens, maintaining the room of the patient clean and organized; Care for individuals during period of incapacitation, convalescence, providing companionship, personal care, or help in adjusting to new lifestyle; Provide clients with communication assistance, typing their correspondence or obtaining information for them; Develop plans of daily activities or patient. |

| Comments: | The job opportunity is Full-Time position. Three-fourths Guarantee. Worker will be offered employment for a total number of work hours of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. Inbound/Outbound Transportation and Subsistence to the worker while travelling from employees origin to the place of employment, as well as provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment.
