Job Duties: | Provide answers to user inquiries regarding computer software, in regards to all of their technical needs. Provide hotel departments with the tools and knowledge to best serve our guests. Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software. Participate in projects focusing on business goals and return on investment of existing applications. System development to include information gathering, detail design, programming, testing, and documentation for large scale and ad-hoc projects. Complete systems analysis, flow charts, and diagrams as required for system development. Recommend technology that will meet and leverage Marketing and Operational needs. Adhere to all policies and procedures of the Division. Develop training materials and procedures, or train users in the proper use of hardware or software. Prepare and present project status reports. Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities. Remain aware of current information system trends and technologies. Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications. Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software. Prepare evaluations of software or hardware, and recommend improvements or upgrades. Perform other duties as assigned. |

Qualification Requirements: | Associate Degree in Information Technology. At least 24 months of work related experienced. Able to work weekends, holidays and flexible shifts. Hotel industry experience is preferred. |

Comments: | This a temporary, full-time position of at least 35 hours per work week with employment period beginning October 01, 2021 to September 30, 2022. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE for Employment offered is for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period of employment specified in the work contract, beginning with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ending on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. Frequency of pay: Bi-weekly, subjected to mandatory payroll tax deduction required by law (20 CFR 655.423(h). Deductions: Employer provided housing is optional for the cost of $100.00 per month (20 CFR 655.423(f)). Transportation and subsistence will be provided to the worker from the place of origin to the place of employment. Upon conclusion of the job opportunity, employer will provide the return transportation and substance to the place of origin or place of recruitment (20 CFR 655.423(k)(1)). Employer-Provided Tools and Equipment: Workers will be provided, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned (20 CFR 655.423(K)). This is a non-exempt position and is eligible to receive overtime compensation in accordance to The Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
