Job Duties: | Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems. Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements. Advise managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment and recommend needed changes. Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understanding, referring disputes, firing employees and administering disciplinary procedures. Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives. Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants. Plan, direct, supervise and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations and employee relations. Plan, organize, direct control or coordinate the personnel, training or labor relations activities of an organization. Represent organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations. Prepare occupational classifications, job description and salary scales. Establish and oversee administrative procedures to meet objectives set by boards of directors or senior management. Process working visa needed to the company operation. Conduct trainings and mandate company policies. Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs. Perform other tasks as determined and assigned by Operations Director or General Manager. |

Qualification Requirements: | Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.At least five years or more of human resources working experienced preferably in a hotel industry. Ability to maintain highly confidential nature of human resources work and possess highest degree of integrity and trustworthiness. Skills in analyzing labor cost, operation simulation and time management is an advantage. Knowledge of EEO, FLSA, FMLA, and other applicable regulations. Ability to work under pressure and manage to meet deadlines. Knowledge of principles and procedure for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, payroll system, labor relations, negotiations and personnel information system. Knowledgeable in processing various working permits and visas. Excellent communication skills and computer literacy is a must., Has analytical and critical thinking skills and ability to influence others and be able to manage changes. Knowledge in Ceridian System is a plus. Willing to work in flexible shifts, days, evening, weekends and holidays. |
