| Job Title: | GENERAL MAINTENANCE |
| Job Duties: | Perform a variety of semi-skilled works in maintenance and repair of machines, air-conditioning/heating systems, mechanical equipment and building repair and maintenance. Works may include to build partitions, plastering, dry wall repair, replace/repair/paint roof, ceiling, windows, door hardware and shade blinds. Install floor tiles, repair piping and plumbing fixture including repair of faucets leaks, sink/lavatory and toilet drains. Duties may also include carpentry, welding, insulation and electrical Do other related duties as may be assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | 1. Knowledge of multi craft skills in carpentry, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, welding and painting. 2. Minimum of 6 months experience is required. 5. 1 month training is required for the job opportunity. |
