Job Title: Stock Clerk and Order Filler
Job Duties: Stock supplies or merchandise. Attach identification information to products, items or containers. Discuss merchandise information with kitchen and dining supervisors. Inspect raw materials and supplies to ensure correct order fulfillment and no spoilage or damages.Compare merchandise invoices to items actually received to ensure that shipments are correct. Take inventory or examine merchandise to identify items to be re-ordered or replenished. Order raw materials, supplies, or equipment. Calculate costs of goods orservices. Prepare costing analysis or recommended changes in menu pricing. Collect deposits, payments, or fees. Monitor inventories of products or materials. Prepare MonthlyInventory Report and wastages. Reconciles vendors/suppliers billing report, versus deliveries and receipts. Distribute materials to designated employees/units. Perform otherrelated duties, as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: Education: Highschool/GED Work experience: 12 months required. Knowledge of MyMicros Hospitality and inventory Management System. Must be able to use Microsoft excel and words. Familiarity with Quickbooks Accounting System. Knowledge of principles and methods of inventory pricing and costing.Give full attention to details when receiving instructions from supervisor. Actively looking ways to help co-workers as a ateam. Ability to speak well to convey information effectively. Ability tin decision making in considerating relative cost and benefits of potential actions to choose the most approriate one. Ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong. Ability in obtaining infromation from all relevant sources. Must be able to work on shift. Stress tolerance by being to deal calmly and effectively stressful situations.

Comments: The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing on October 1, 2021 to September 30, 2022 THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, andends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any.TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the workcontract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker'stransportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or wherethe worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistenceback home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the workerwill not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where theemployer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment.The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
