| Job Duties: | Analyze financial information reports to determine or maintain record assets, liabilities, profit & loss, tax liability or other financial activities within the organization. Prepare & examine accounting records, financial statements, or other finance report to access accuracy. Primarily responsible in updating and maintaining the financial records of the company. Prepares invoices and sends out statement of account to customers on a monthly basis. Keep track of overdue accounts. Handles government tax compliance which includes payment of taxes and fees (BGRT, EWT, FICA), filing of reports and securing licenses. Prepares payroll on a bi-weekly basis. |
