Job Duties: | -PREPARE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND REPORTS INCLUDING THE PROFIT AND LOSS AND BALANCE SHEET. -ASSISTS IN BUDGET PREPARATIONS, PAY BILLS AND MAINTAIN LEDGERS. -RECEIVE, APPROVE AND PREPARE PAYMENT OF INVOICES. -CODE PAYABLE AND RECEIVABLES AND INPUT INTO SYSTEM. -PREPARE AND DO BANK DEPOSITS, RECONCILE BANK ACCOUNTS AND MAKE INVOICES. -RECEIVE PAYMENTS. PROVIDE INVENTORY SUPPORT INCLUDING MAINTAINING OFFICE MATERIALS AND SUPPLIES. -RECEIVE REQUESTS FOR MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT AND PURCHASE ORDERS. -PREPARE AND SUBMIT 1099 AND W2. -PREPARE REPORTS. -PREPARE AND CALCULATE COMPANY TAXES SUCH AS BUSINESS GROSS TAX RETURN, EMPLOYER'S QUARTERLY WITHHOLDING TAX RETURN, EMPLOYERS QUARTERLY FEDERAL TAX RETURN, ALCOHOL AND OCCUPANCY TAX RETURN AND ETC. -PREPARE, APPLY AND RENEW COMPANY LICENSES AND PERMITS SUCH AS BUSINESS LICENSE, ZONING PERMITS, OCCUPANCY PERMITS, SANITATION PERMITS, COMMONWEALTH PORTS AUTHORITY PERMITS, ALCOHOL LICENSE AND COASTAL RESOURCE MANAGEMENT PERMITS. -PREPARE AND SUBMIT COMPANY EMPLOYEE WORK VISAS SUCH AS CW-1 AND E2C. -PREPARE AND SUBMIT PREVAILING WAGE APPLICATION AND LABOR CERTIFICATIONS. ***WILL SUPERVISE THE 2 FOLLOWING EMPLOYEES*** 1. Comments: | This job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing on October 1, 2021 to September 30, 2024 and work location is Garapan. Applicant must have at least 24 months work experience. Work days will be from Monday to Friday, and work hours will be from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Three-Fourths Guarantee: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in it's extensions, if any. Transportation and Subsistence: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
