| Job Title: | GENERAL MAINTENANCE |
| Job Duties: | Perform a variety of semi-skilled works in maintenance and repair of machines, air-conditioning/heating systems, mechanical equipment, building repair & maintenance. Works may include to build partitions, plastering and dry wall repairs, repair/replace/paint roof, ceiling, windows, door hardware and shade blinds. Install floor tiles, repair piping and plumbing fixture including repair of faucet leaks, sink/lavatory and toilet drains. Duties may include pipe fitting, carpentry, welding, insulating, machining and repair of electrical/mechanical equipment. Do other related duties as may be assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Knowledge of multi craft skills in carpentry, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, welding and painting. Knowledge of materials needed for the repair/maintenance.
