Job Title: INVENTORY SPECIALIST
Job Duties: Receive, store, and issue merchandise, materials, equipment, and other items from stockroom, warehouse, to fill shelves, racks, tables, or customers' orders. a.) Complete requisitions and inventory supplies. b.) Reviews inventory or examine merchandise to identify items to be ordered or replenished and prepares and process order slips and requisitions merchandise from supplier, based on available space, merchandise on hand, customer demand, or advertised specials. Review orders to ascertain specifications and quantities of merchandise. c.) Computes selling prices of items or group of items for retail and wholesale in reference to price list and tags price in merchandise. d.) Receives and compares merchandise from invoices to items received and record data manually or on computer in order to keep track of inventories on hand. e.) Pack, unpack, and store items to be stocked in shelves of stockrooms and warehouses, or storage yards in an orderly and accessible and determine proper storage methods, identification, and stock location, based on turnover, environmental factors, and physical capabilities of facilities. f.) Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, recommends disposal of excess, defective, or obsolete stock and keep records on the use and disposal of damaged stocks. g.) Answer customers' inquiry about merchandise and advise customers on merchandise selection. h.) Receives order from customers, itemize, and totals customer merchandise selection for invoicing based on sales order and issues inventories, materials, products, parts, and supplies to customers or co-workers, based on information from incoming requisitions and orders. i.) Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Qualification Requirements: a.) Applicants must have 6 months experience in this field. b.) Will consider foreign equivalent of high school diploma or GED. c.) Applicants must be able to lift at least 45 lbs. d.) Applicants must be able to work on a flexible hours. e.) Applicants must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Applications(Word, Excel)

Comments: Anticipated hours of work is a maximum of 7 hours per day and 35 hours per week from Monday to Friday. Work schedule is from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm. Workers are offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday of employment up to the expiration of the work contract. Workers will be provided transportation and subsistence while traveling from the worker's origin to the place of employment as well as the return transportation from the point of hire.
