Job Title: Accounting Supervisor
Job Duties: The incumbent in this position will be responsible for supervising and monitoring accounting personnel. Under the direct supervision of the Office Manager, the incumbent will also be responsible for monitoring accounts receivables and payable. Supervise the work of accounting, administrative, or customer service employees to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures, correcting errors or problems. Train, instruct and supervise employees in their job duties or company policies and evaluate employees’ job performance and conformance to regulations and recommend appropriate personnel action. Responsible for reviewing and monitoring records or reports pertaining to activities such as production, payroll or shipping to verify details, monitor work activities or evaluate performance. Responsible for reviewing and analyzing postings of all transactions of all accounting books such as G/L, A/R, A/P and inventory using SBT and Microsoft Programs. Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. Responsible for analyzing and interpreting accounting data for financial preparations and IC recommendations. Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial, commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice. Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes. Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations. Compile statistical, financial, accounting or auditing reports and table pertaining to such matters as cash receipts, expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, and profits, losses. Reconcile or note and report discrepancies found in records. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: B.S. in Accounting graduate from an accredited college, with two or more years related work experience. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate well with all levels of management. Strong analytical skills. Can work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Knowledge in QuickBooks software is desirable.

Comments: The job opportunity is a temporary, full time position commencing on October 01, 2021 to September 30, 2022. THREE FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
