Job Title: Business Continuity Administrator
Job Duties: Develop emergency management plans for recovery decision making and communications, continuity of critical departmental processes, or temporary shut-down of non-critical departments to ensure continuity of operation and governance. Develop disaster recovery plans for physical locations with critical assets, such as data centers. Analyze impact on, and risk to, essential business functions or information systems to identify acceptable recovery time periods and resource requirements. Write reports to summarize testing activities, including descriptions of goals, planning, scheduling, execution, results, analysis, conclusions, and recommendations. Review existing disaster recovery, crisis management, or business continuity plans. Create scenarios to reestablish operations from various types of business disruptions. Conduct or oversee contingency plan integration and operation. Identify opportunities for strategic improvement or mitigation of business interruption and other risks caused by business, regulatory, or industry-specific change initiatives. Interpret government regulations and applicable codes to ensure compliance. Create or administer training and awareness presentations or materials. Prepare reports summarizing operations results, financial performance, or accomplishments of specified objectives, goals, or plans. Attend professional meetings, read literature and participate in training or other educational offerings to keep abreast of new developments and technologies related to disaster recovery and business continuity. Recommend or implement methods to monitor, evaluate, or enable resolution of safety, operations, or compliance interruptions. Create business continuity and disaster recovery budgets. Maintain and update organization information technology applications and network systems blueprints. Design or implement products and services to mitigate risk or facilitate use if technology-based tools and methods. Analyze corporate intelligence data to identify trends, patterns, or warnings indicating threats to security of people, assets, information, or infrastructure. Identify individual or transaction targets to direct intelligence collection. Inspect, assess, create costing and prepare formal quotes for sanitation including calculation of chemical usage, Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs) and allocation of materials/equipment for use of sanitation staff. Determine number of manpower hours and personnel needed. Provide training support for PPE usage and other related trainings. Maintain logs for biohazard trash. Prepare Room Utilization Report upon request.

Qualification Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Hotel & Restaurant or Management with two (2) year work experience as Project Manager or Administrative/Accounting Assistant required. Skilled in the use of various operating systems and/or applications: SAP Business Objects Data Integrator, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Homestyler, and Canva. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, state, or national security operations for the protection of people, data, property, and institutions. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology. Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions. Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems. Determining how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, and the environment will affect outcomes. Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience. Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making. Must be able and willing to work shifts, evenings, holidays, and weekends. Familiarity with tourism or hotel operations is a plus.

Comments: The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing on October 1, 2021 to September 30, 2022. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
