| Job Duties: | Perform a variety of semi-skilled works in maintenance and repair of machines, mechanical equipment, building repair and maintenance, works on plumbing, electrical, air conditioning and heating systems. Works may include to build partitions, plastering and dry wall repairs, fix and paint roof, ceilings, windows, door hardware, shade blinds, install floor tiles and related works. Duties may also involve pipe fitting, carpentry, welding, insulation, machining and repair of electrical/mechanical equipment. Do other related duties as may be assigned. |
