Three-Fourths Guarantee-As required by 20 CFR 655.423(f), NGT offers employment for a total number of works hours equal to at least three-fourth of the workdays of the total period of employment specified in the work contract, beginning with the first workday after arrival of any worker or the contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ending on expiration of the date specified in the work contract or its extensions, if any Transportation-As Required by 20 CFR 6550423 (j)(1).
