| Comments: | This job opportunity is a temporary full time employment for two qualified maintenance workers at Pacific Century Inc., dba LJ's II. The place of employment is located at Garapan, Chalan Pale Arnold Road, Saipan. A total 40 hours work is offered, 6 hours for each day for Mondays to Saturdays, and 4 hours on Sundays. Work is scheduled between 8.00am to 10.00pm. No educational requirement is required. Three-Fourths Guarantee: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the contract or its extensions, if any. Transportation and subsistence: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable cost of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed for work, except when the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. On the job training is not available for this position due to non existence of such training services on Saipan. However, employer may provide such training without any charge to worker, when such training becomes available on Saipan.
