| Job Duties: | Use hand tools or power tools to maintain and repair private property grounds and buildings, including carpentry and plumbing. Keep the premises of private buildings, apartment yards (including yards) and other commercial or institutional buildings clean and orderly. Perform heavy maintenance work, air-conditioning, doors and windows, water and electricity, and drains. Inform the owner about the need for major repairs or additions to the building's operating system. Responsibilities also include leasing, installing, debugging, and maintaining items in company-owned apartments. |

| Comments: | 1) EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION. This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position, commencing on October 1, 2021 to September 30, 2022 2) WORK HOURS. Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment at least 40 hours per week. 3)THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE. Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. 4) INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. 5) PROVISION OF TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT.
