Job Title: CLEANERS
Job Duties: Maintain the cleanliness of the store building and its premises. Follow procedures for the use of ordinary cleaning chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures. Assist in arranging merchandise and wiped dusts and clean any dirt in the store shelves. Clean store building by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming. Other related duties assigned by the management.

Comments: The job opportunity is a temporary, full time position. Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment of thirty five (35) hours per week. Overtime hours will be applicable at 1.5x the rate indicated on the JVA. Applicants will be reasonably expected to reside in Saipan to perform the services or labor as advertised. The employer will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck as required by law only. The employer guarantees under paragraph 655.423(f) to offer each employee employment for a total number of hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period of employment specified in the work contract, beginning with the first workday after the arrival of the employee at the place of an employment of the advertised contractual first date of need whichever is later, and ending on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. The employer will provide transportation and subsistence to the employee while travelling from the employee's origin to the place of employment as well as the return transportation and subsistence at the conclusion of the job opportunity, as required by 20 CFR 655.423(j)(1).
