| Job Duties: | Perform any combination of general cleaning duties of buildings or properties. Paint or repair roofs, windows, doors, floors, woodwork, plaster, drywall, or other parts of building structures. Provide grounds-keeping services, such as landscaping. Able to do light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work to repair structures, repair water leaks or damaged piping, and repair and/or replace electrical fixtures. Inspect building facilities to identify building maintenance needs. Maintain and repair a variety of machine tools and equipment such as power saws, power sanders, drills, and air compressors. |

| Qualification Requirements: | At least with a minimum of 12 months experience. Workers will be provided with 1 month of job training to perform the duties assigned. Must have a general knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, building & maintenance skills. Must have skills in painting and repairing roofs, windows, doors, floors, and woodwork. Ability to understand and follow safety procedures. Must be able to read blueprints and engineering plumbing, structural and electrical layouts. Can work without any supervision.
