Job Title: Operational Service Worker
Job Duties: Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created. Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Duties include performing routine maintenance activities, notifying management of need for repairs. Service, clean, and supply office, restrooms, warehouse and water manufacturing facility. Gather and empty trash. Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming. Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures. Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications. Strip, seal, finish, and polish floors. Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems. Requisition supplies or equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties. Clean windows, glass partitions, or mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, or squeegees. Other tasks as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: Applicant must have 12 months of experience in the same position. Must have ability to complete scheduled tasks while responding to unexpected incidents. Must have knowledge of health and safety standards and the ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely. Must be a self-starter, detail oriented and have time management skills. Applicant must be willing to work flexible time between 6:00AM and 6:00PM, holidays and weekends when necessary

Comments: This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position for one (1) Operational Service Worker. The work schedule will be from Monday to Saturday, between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM; 6 hours per day from Monday to Friday and 5 hours on Saturday.
