| Job Duties: | Perform a semi-skilled works in maintenance and repair of machines; air-conditioning and heating systems, mechanical equipment, building repair and maintenance. Works may include to build partitions, plastering and dry wall repair, repair/replace roof, ceiling, windows, door hardware, shade blinds, install floor tiles, repair piping and plumbing fixture including repair of faucet leaks, sink/lavatory and toilet drains. Duties may include pipe fitting, carpentry, welding, insulating, machining and repair of electrical/mechanical equipment. Do other related duties as may be assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | 1. Knowledge of multi crafts skills in carpentry, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, welding and painting. 2. Knowledge of materials needed for the repair/maintenance. 3. Knowledge on the methods and tools needed to perform task. 4. A minimum of 6 months experience is required. |
