| Job Duties: | Shampoos, cuts, trims, rinses, conditions, dries and styles hair or hair piece. Bleaches, dyes, colors and tints hair. Perms and straightens hair. Combs, brushes or sets hair or wigs to set style using rollers, hot irons and other thermal hairstyling tools. Massages and treats scalp, hands and feet. Cleans, shapes and polishes fingernails and toenails. Applies artificial nails/overlays and provides other nail services. Applies makeup. Performs facials, waxing, threading, facial peels and other skincare services. Updates and maintains customer information and records. Cleans work stations and sanitizes tools such as shears and combs. Analyzes hair and facial features of clients to determine and recommend beauty treatments or suggest hairstyles. Demonstrates and sells hair care products. Other related duties as assigned. |
