Job Duties: | Prepare, examine, analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. Analyze financial information and assist Accounting Manager in preparation of monthly financial reports . Maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability and other financial activities within an organization. Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment. Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses. Report to management regarding the finances of the company. Establish chart of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts. Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs. Responsible in preparing reports in compliance with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations. Does other related duty as assigned from time to time. |

Qualification Requirements: | Graduate of Bachelors Degree in Accounting with 3 years of experience. Experience in the shipping industry and with strong analytical and communication skills. Understanding of mathematics,and accounting and financial processes. Must be able to pass an Accountant skill test with total Passing Score of 89% during application process. The skill testing and comprehension exam are required equally of both US and Foreign workers. With excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word/Time keeper system and MAS90 Accounting software. Familiar in CNMI/IRS tax preparation. Diploma Transcript of Record required. |

Comments: | Job opportunity full-time position commencing on October 1, 2021 to September 30, 2024. Three-Fourths Guarantee: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in it's extensions, if any. Transportation and Subsistence: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
